For our offices in Milan and Bari, we are looking for two Asset Management Specialists, Junior and Senior, depending on the professional experiences gained.
The candidates will join the Asset Management and O&M department with the following duties:
– Support the department head in the operational management and the efficiency improvement plan of the group’s renewable energy production plants, both in operation and under construction;
– Supervise the production plants through the monitoring and remote control system and prepare for report management (intervention tickets, closing accounts, and spare parts pricing);
– Through the analysis and processing of BIG DATA coming from the operational and developing plants in Italy (production and weather), identify and enhance energy efficiency measures and predictive maintenance to improve productivity and safety in production;
– Management of O&M contractors for ordinary, extraordinary, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as the implementation of revamping/repowering investments through feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses of production plants operating for about 10 years or under construction.
– Supervision and management of the online portals of sector authorities such as GSE, E-Distribution, TERNA, ADM, … and updating/developing the databases/documentary and management applications of production plants.
A good ability to problem-solving, dynamism, initiative, and a good knowledge of the English language, as well as experience in the mechatronics sector and generally in the B2B engineering services and maintenance/post-sales assistance-CRM market, complete the profile.
Job location: Milan/Bari, with availability for short trips within Italy.

For our offices in Milan and Bari, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager. The activities will mainly consist of, but are not limited to:
– Coordinating and supervising projects to ensure their completion within the agreed timelines and defined cost budgets in accordance with the Company’s guidelines;
– Planning and coordinating the execution of projects, working towards their optimization in order to achieve the agreed strategy and compliance with costs and timelines;
– Developing the cost budget for each project, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure they are maintained or improved;
– Preventing potential deviations in time and costs and implementing preventive actions to avoid them;
– Managing, coordinating, and motivating the project team to achieve the objective within the timelines and costs while paying maximum attention to worker safety issues;
– Apply quantitative performance indicators for the project to verify its progress;
– Maintain relationships with the stakeholders involved in the company’s projects, including: authorities responsible for issuing permits, landowners, distributors (Enel, etc.), and the RTN manager (Terna).
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines, preferably in Engineering, is required.
Experience: at least 3-4 years of experience in the wind energy sector primarily, but also in photovoltaic solar energy with a similar role.
Workplace: Milan/Bari, with availability for weekly travels within Italy.

For our offices in Milan and Bari, we are looking for a Business Developer who, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, will be primarily assigned to the company’s development
activities in the renewable energy sector, with particular reference to wind and photovoltaic energy.
The person will be responsible for:
– Scouting and market analysis activities aimed at identifying and developing new projects for the construction and management of renewable energy production plants;
– Managing the authorization process for projects, public selection procedures, acquisition operations and, in general, M&A operations;
– Monitoring the industry regulations and the relevant technological market;
– Follow-up on due diligence related to various initiatives from the authorization, environmental, and technical-economic points of view, including through the use of evaluation models;
– Construction of business models and coordination/management of contacts with potential service providers;
– Follow-up on the progress of any authorization processes initiated for obtaining permits/clearances.
– Master’s degree;
– Preferable experience (at least 3-5 years) in the utility-scale renewable energy development sector;
– Basic knowledge of authorization procedures and related documentation (e.g., connection requests to networks, environmental impact assessments, single authorization, etc.);
– Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
– Good level of spoken and written English;
– Excellent verbal, relational, communication and negotiation skills;
– Strong results orientation and determination;
– Ability to effectively employ and alternate analytical and synthetic skills;
– Flexibility and adaptability;
– Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
– Preparation and interpretation of business plans for investment opportunities;
– Availability for mobility and travel
